2014 RTs, same issues you have.
The clock runs fast, and this is on account that the speedometer is 2 mph slower than indicated. So you leave early based on the screwed up clock, and arrive on time since the screwed up speedometer makes you late.
As for the temp, well it's a motorcycle so Can Am figures, if you need sunscreen it's a sunny day, if you get wet it's a rainy day, if you are cold the screwed up thermometer will be reading high letting you think it is really warmer, and if you re hot, the screwed up temp will indicate really hot.
To solve the problem, you could buy a cheap wateproof watch and secure it to the handlebars, buy a Garmin to know true speed and very accurate time. As for the temp, no answer.
