• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I purchased my last Spyder RT from Imotorsports in 2018 and it was a smooth deal. I contacted them a few months back to purchase another one and I asked for my salesman Jason, again but I had to deal with Eric. It's a horrible experience. We were in contact in August and he said he would call me back and never did. I left numerous messages for him and he still did not call back. I was finally able to leave a message for Jason about a month ago and Eric called me. I told him that I would have to call him back. I have left 3 messages for Eric in the last 2 weeks and he has not returned the call.
Do they sell so many Spyders that they don't need to provide customer service even though they are a preferred vendor on this site?

This is probably a premature complaint about "customer service." It sounds like a "people" problem rather than a "dealer" problem.

My suggestion is to call them and request to talk with the manager. Explain your issue with the named person and see how they handle it.

I have purchased two spyders from them. This was in 2019 and 2020. They were easy to deal with and everything was as spoken about. The "deals" are not as good as before, but we hear mostly good stuff from iMoto. :bowdown:
 
I purchased from them in December and just received my bike at the first of January. I dealt with Jessika and she was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. It took a little longer than expected to take delivery, but they were very good about keeping me updated with what was going on. I would just ask for a different sales person.
 
Jason may well have been transferred to another brand, ahh-cool, so when you leave a message for him, it automatically gets reassigned to Eric. I agree with those above. Ask to speak to the manager and relay your issue to them. They may be unaware that customers are not being well serviced by Eric. It can’t hurt an already soured relationship.

I called for parts last week and no one has returned my call yet ... i have purchased parts from them before but no dice this time.
 
I had similar bad experience. Ordered in December 2021 received in august 2022 incomplete and have had numerous issues with having to get things fixed locally. Most all of the issues I am dealing with I specifically asked my 2 different salespeople from Imotorsports to not ship the spyder until they were addressed as I was not in need of the spyder, I still had my trade in to ride, but it was shipped incomplete to me. Wrong axle bolt, missing heated grip switches, missing heated grips and no communication on the delivery. I feel that what I saved on price I lost in my time, effort and the 4 trips to my local dealer to get things fixed.
 
I ordered my 2016 F3T from Jason in April 2017. Everything went flawless. I also purchased the extended warranty from them on the same bike in 2019 and an extended warranty from them in December of 2022 for my 2021 RTL. No issues. I say just try another salesman.
 
I dealt with Jessika. She was always prompt and courteous. I ended up buying mine locally but had no complaints about sales persons service.
 
I used Thomas Palmer when I got my warranty he was very good to deal very friendly it a shame when a couple of people working there can give everone a bad reputation and for the company. How you find someone to help you please keep us posted

how good of a deal, and what will you be riding this year... started my F3L yesterday out in garage, cant wait to get back on it,, love that machine..
