• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have learned from many on here the dealer can make or brake ones spirit .

To start rite in I got dam hate the motorcycle mall in Belleville Nj , yes I shouted them out .
In my 18 years of riding and buying all types of bikes , this by far was the worse experience with there service department. I finally gave my sts to my fiancée and stayed with my gsxr 1000 .

Today I took the sts in for service to Ledgewood power sports , first I want to that them for their customer service the way they treated me was amazing oh and most importantly they change my oil service the bike and did a soft ware up grade and I rode all the way home and did not have to go back to the shop for any reason . Service fees are reasonable and their attitude was on point . I just learned today just because yup have 3 floors and boast bout how big of a dealer you are . That does not mean ish in my book .

they can if you let them. But you have that perogative to go to whichever dealer you want to. Once you see things going awry you should find the next one to go to to have it done right and for you to be treated right...!! :thumbup:
 
I'm fortunate that I have a great dealer (Motosports, Inc, Hanover PA) only an hour and a half ride from home . . . I'll never go back to the nearest dealership, where I purchased my Spyder. Apparently, they were out, sick, the day Customer Service 101 was taught . . . Motosports, on the other hand, is great.
 
Having a good dealer does make a big difference in your ownership experience. I'm glad you found a good one. I see they are both Gold Certified dealers.
