I have been riding motorcycles since 1975. My first motorcycle was a Kawasaki 750 2 stroke street bike. Wow that thing was insanely fast and has gone down as one of the most dangerous motorcycles of all time.
Anyway I have ridden motorcycles most of my life and Never Ever had a bad time cause I was on one. I just don't seem to be able to stop grinning when I am on a bike.
The spyder was intended to get me through a bad health time, and it did so. This cycle has grown on me like none other before. It used to be that I would immediately start changing colors adding high performance parts, expensive wheels and so on. The Spyder.... I just want it to last forever. I love it. I can't really put my finger on just what it is that I love so much, but I can't seem to stop riding it, I just grin ear to ear all the time. My teeth are just covered in bugs. (old joke, Happy motorcyclist)
Anyway. I am just wanting people to talk about why they love cycling and how long they have been riding, etc.
I never wear a helmet when I don't have to, and being on a cycle to me is like this.... If you look up freedom in the encyclopedia you would find a picture of a motorcycle. No cages. The excitement of the occational twist of the throttle, the peace in riding down a nice smooth country road with beautiful scenery all around you, and the luling sound of throaty pipes.
