Glove Box insert????

How many of you have the foam insert in your glove boxes on the RTS Spyders. I saw one today on a blue rt. Lookes like a nice piece to keep things from rattling around in there.

I need to get a pic of it. Its form shaped to fit inside the glove box and covers the sides and bottom, with a felt like material. Maybe my phone would stay a little cooler with it.

I'll get a picture of it. Just grab a block of foam from a hobby store and cut the exterior of it to shape, then route out the inside leaving about 3/8" for wall thickness. Finally, adhere some felt to it with 3M contact cement.

With the insert in place, I can put my iPhone, pack of cigs (100's) and a blackberry curve in it comfortably. Nothing slides around or gets scratched.

Got some detailed pictures of this. It turns out that they did just what I recommended above! Well, the felt liner appears to be sprayed in...probably much cleaner looking that adhering felt material in. I'll post the pictures later when I have a bit more time.

Will a Ruger LCP.380 or KelTec.380 fit in there along & your garage door opener with the foam insert?? Sounds and looks like a gr8 idea.
