Very cool ride....but right now it seems unrealistic. I was about to pull the trigger on it, but then pulled out once I thought about how nearly impossible it would be for me to service it or have anyone to work on it if something went wrong. I didn't want to assume that a bmw motorcycle shop could work on it.

And unless Doc knows something, you can forget about your insurance company putting coverage on it. I had a hard time getting a company to recognize my Spyder and it's been here for 6 years and made in the states....

Ahhh...very observant grasshoppa! Are twin pipes even considered a "farkle" at this point? After looking at what everyone else has done to their machines I thought that the exhaust is just "standard issue"! Does that mean that I'm a "farkler"? I would really like being a part of the "in" crowd!ray: No matter how feeble my attempts are at doing so....:barf:

Actually - Can-Am Spyders are built in BRP's main production facilities in Valcourt, Québec, Canada.
