• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Gas Price Survey

It is sure looking like we will have at least $5.00 per gallon by Memorial Day. So planning for that on long trips is a good conservative plan.

Central Mchigan...

...price was $3.89 for regular unleaded today. A ten cent/gallon drop from earlier in the week.

I hate to ressurect this thread again. BUT:

Gas prices are once again on the move in Alaska. Gas went from $4.23 per gallon regular to $4.46 per gallon for regular in the past week. Yes, I said WEEK.

That makes it $4.66 per gallon for the premium that the RT-S requires. If I leave the Anchorage area and get about 100 miles away--I am sure I could find $5.00 per gallon.

I heard on the news last week that gas prices were leveling off in the lower 48 and that they actually should be going down some. Average price was less than $4.00 according to NBC.

My prediction for $5.00 gas by Memorial Day seems to be right on track--we will see what the next couple weeks brings.

I thought it would have been more up there in Alaska!
Here in Toronto the Price of Premium is $1.43 a litre. That is $5.43 for a US gallon!
There is a bigger difference for Premium and Regular here so if we put Regular into the tank it is "only" $4.81 a Gallon (that is 62¢ a gallon more for Premium)
Seems a shame that we sell Canadian Gas to the US cheaper than what we sell to Canadians :(

saw gas in Pensacola FL this am for $3.41 a gallon. figure I better fill up -- damn I used to see gas for 0.19 a gallon and that was the full throttle - leaded stuff.

Star Cruiser: The highest prices I have encountered for gas have always been in Canada, followed by Hawaii, then Alaska.
