• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Four Days of mountain Roads

My family has a four day reunion at a family camp located on a fast mountain stream in WV. I've printed out maps and we' ll spend a good portion of each day running the Spyder around these hilly roads. I can hardly wait. We also have to join in the horseshoes, corn hole. vollyball, card games, swimming, fishing, cooking and eating. Whee! Four days is hardly enough. We'll get setup Thursday and come home on Monday.

Wow..!!

Now thats my kinda ryding. :2thumbs: don't know about the rest but for sure the ryding..:roflblack::roflblack: sounds like a great reunion is in the making. Be safe, enjoy the ryde :ohyea::ohyea: and the family with all the amenities...:yes::thumbup:

Sounds like it will be an awesome time.:yes: Will any other family members be riding with you?

Today we are loading the camper onto the pickup, fabing a ramp onto the trailer for the Spyder and seasoning two briskets. Tomorrow we'l smoke the briskets and load the Spyder on the trailer. Leave at 6 AM Thur for the mountains (it's not like we don't live in the mountains already) and be setup before lunch. Then it's fun, fun, fun. With adults and kids we usually have 60 to 70 attending. We hardly see the kids as they stay in the river all waking hours. The river is really cold and we have a lot of blue shivering kids but they love it. I'm like a kid waiting on Santa, I want to leave today! It takes 12 hours to cook the briskets but I could put them on now...except they have to marinate overnight...grrr.

Good food, AND good riding...
 Can I come along? :D
If you can find the Weaver Camp on Yukon Drive along the North Fork of the South Branch of the Potomac...Come on by for a taste of about the best brisket not cooked in Texas... but cooked by a guy that learned to cook it in Texas.
