• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

DEADWOOD

We stayed at the small cabins at Cole's Cabins , 3 years ago and they were very rustic but served the purpose . There was a decent restaurant near by with a bar.

Days of 76 Campground is right next door to the rally headquarters, KOA in Lead is pretty close, Wild Bills is a few miles out of town on 385 as well as Sreel Wheels and Fish n Fry. Wild Bills is Ok, Steel Wheels is newer and has a restaurant , C store and gas station. They all have a shuttle into Deadwood. Before we moved to the Hills we stayed a lot at Wild Bills and the Days of 76.

Thanks to you I just booked an RV site @ Days of 76. Next to Rally Headquarters and on the edge of

Town.

If you are Toy Hauling, camping or staying in a hotel/motel it would behoove you to book early. A lot of

Sturgis attendee's come several weeks early and things get booked up. We used to arrive two weeks early

and leave on opening day to avoid the "Zoo".

Anyone else staying at Days of 76?

Deadwood

My wife and I are camping on the way there and back but staying at the Casino while we're there.

7 or 8 of us from Minnesota!
First time out for the rally.
I seen 135 already registered for the event at the end of last week.
