• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

i would have sworn i saw a compass reading on my "15 rts when i bought
it. i guess not because i dont see it now. done enough other swearing at
it though. seeings im directionally challenged and very seldom plug our
non can am garmin in, is there a good one to buy that would actually work
on the vehicle and could be mounted discreetly ? havent heard anyone mention
this accessory. couldnt make one work on the victory. too much close
metal, even though it was a vic accessory.--thank you.--irv toms

With all of the metal and electrical fields being generated on and around the bike: it'll take a high-quality unit that can be adjusted to compensate for all of the interference...
That's why I like my Zumo 660!

guess we will use the garmin. wife is the keeper of the gps.
[not gear pos. sensor]. sorry, mi phone is no i phone. flip
phone to make and take calls. dont have the latest and greatest
of everything, plus im a techNOphile. i still have a pc i can screw up.
;);)

The Garmin you have should work fine. There are plenty of choices for mounting on dash or handle bars
