• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Clock doesn't keep time

They all seem to do it. Reset it once in a while, and all will be right. It is not a big deal.

AHHHHhhhh.... Be Still My Heart! Something doesn't work right and it gets a pass by Scotty!

Somebody quick! Take his temperature! Something is bad wrong here. :yikes:

Did somebody hijack his SpyderLover's login and is posting without his permission?

Mine runs fast too.... Always has.

I also found that the digital speedometer is faster than the stick one...however, whenever the bike is serviced (and an update is done), they zero out for a while again...then, with time, they differ by a few mph.

The zumo also shows slower than the digital...

My Clock is messed up

my "new " 2008 Spyder doesnt know what time it is. It went from 1 pm when it was 1 pm to 1:30pm the next day when it was 1pm. Confused? so am I.

clock

my 09 rs is always off so i don't look at it i wear a quality watch if i need the time

no to mention the rs clock is not the most well designed placement scroll through the menu till you stop on it while driving worse than texting lol

i think last time mine came out of the shop they had it on 24 hour clock and its am pm are wrong so 7 pm is 0700

like i said i dont use it but it is never right when i did worry about it it was always off

My clock's usually needs a five minute adjust after hibrenating on the battery tender from October to April. The rest of the time, they keep good time.

Mine is always off, but on my 2010 SkiDoo, it is always right on. Looks like the same gauge so I dont know it should be different, but it is.

Since we are further south toward the equator we are actually moving faster than the folks up in the frozen north. Using Einsteins formula for time relativity it is simple to explain the fact that the clocks run fast as the Spyder loses mass as it approaches the speed of confusion squared.
