Ok, several months ago I was interested in the new floorboards that BRP came out with for the 2013 RT's. I was told that they would fit a 2012 RT, then I was told they will not fit the 2012 and now I'm being told that they will indeed fit. Anyone had them installed on a prior year RT? Anyone Know FOR SURE the answer to this? :yikes:

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

My dealer told me they will fit, but it will cost well in excess of $1000 to purchase them and make them fit.

The new BRP driver floor boards part # 219400392 will not fit prior year spyder Rt. They will only fit 2013 Spyder Rt with SE5 transmission . If you look in the 2013 Accessory catalogue page 46 listing only mentions 2013 RT and NOT "prior years" also if you look at page 47 passenger floor boards mentions "2013 and prior" meaning they will other model year RT as well.

They will fit prior years RT but you have to change the brake pedal to a 2013. SE5 only.
