There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I'll throw my $.02 in.
Ive used Mobil 1 4T Racing and Amsoil, both 5w40 full synth.
Both really performed well, however,... With the Mobil 1 I felt like I could feel the hardware working more. The clutch action was far more noticeable. "Harsh" might be too strong a term, but you get the idea. With the Amsoil, that harshness was quieted down substantially, as were my averaging running temps. The Amsoil ran slightly smoother and cooler.
Having said all that, they both really performed well. I like to ryde pretty spirited when I'm 1up and I don't baby the SE5, I have never slipped, never missed a shift, and never had a problem with the tranny at all (/knock on wood).
I think with the performance increase I noticed, though I have no complaints perse about the Mobil 1 product, I'm gonna stick with Amsoil going forward.

t6 vs xps
i have reported this on a other thread sent t6&xps to blackstone labs for comparison they said both oils are excelent , also reported shell t6 had more anti wear addetives than xps and does meet requiments for cluth , for information only .i would put report on this thread ,but do not have expertice on computer----jpat
