Avatars and sigs are not for making political statements, that's what the bumper of your car is for. This is a Spyder site first and I hate when I get PM's or emails about someones sig or avatar offending them. :sour:

I try and run a clean site as far as content, pics and videos go and none of us came here to look at lude photos or to support or dis one political candidate or the other. This site should be free of all that and if you need links to sites that support those things try Google.

Please help me out on this. Thanks :doorag:

All the follow-up comments are "spot on" as they say. Coming to this site is like a breath of fresh air - the only subject that will get folks fired up is "what motor oil should I use" :roflblack: - -non-political in nature comments.

Speaking of Avatars, I sure miss Dudley's photo of him enjoying a Lobster (or other seafood) dinner with his bib on. When ever I saw that, it reminded me of their great adventure/trip across the US and back home - their almost daily posts about their trip plus the photo's they would send. That's what it is all about - get out there and enjoy it............

That is one of the things I really enjoy about this site, it is nice and clean. I just bought a Ninja, and I went to join ninja forum. Needless to say, I was on there two or three times and basically I was put off by the pictures on there, and what was in my opinion rude/vulgar/classless comments on there. It made me appreciate Spyderlovers even more.

I think that a lot of people just need to find something petty to whine about......

In all this hub-bub, I don't even know what brought this about. I personally have not seen anything that has offended me at all. But Lamont makes a good point that it should be kept that way. So that I agree with. Folks do tend to get a bit touchy about stuff.

So, having said that, let's have a motor oil discussion and let the fir fly! :roflblack:
