• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anywhere in Jacksonville FL that fits non-stock F3-T Rear Tires?

Hello does anyone know of shop in Jacksonville Florida that will install a non-stock rear tire on my F3? The Can am dealerships here won't do it unless its the the one recommended by BRP. I currently have a General AltiMAX RT43 Radial Tire - 215/60R15 94T that was on it when I purchased my Spyder. I love it and the tread life has been great!

Thanks,
Jeff

If your able to remove the rear tire yourself then you can take it to any tire shop and they should be able to change it for you.

Thank you for your response! I was trying to work up the courage to do it myself. Taking it off and putting it on would not be a problem for me. BUT I do feel intimidated that I would not put the wheel back on straight. I don't understand what mechanism keeps it aligned. Thanks again.

Seminole Powersports in Deland will do it. Not too far from you. Great shop. Very knowledgeable. Expensive, $150/hr. labor. Tom :spyder:

Purchased tire from Discount, took about an hour to remove, an hour to replace wheel on Spyder. Used RideOn tire balancer/sealant, pleased with results... Hubby Bear has every tool known to man (& woman) try to do all my own maintenance...
