• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

We are planning on a geographical change and are thinking of AZ. Prescott,in particular.

Are there any Spyderlovers in or around that area? We would really like to talk to some folks about what it's like there.

We have done a bit of research, and the cost of living in Prescott is very affordable compared to the Seattle area. Plus the weather makes it possible to ride 12 out of 12. :2thumbs:

Thanks,eh?

We're in Peoria, which is NW Phoenix and about an hour south of Prescott. The area does have year round riding, but you will have to put up with a cold winter and snow. Prescott is the usual hangout for us valley people during the summer months, when temps can be 10-20 degrees lower. The riding there is great, but there are a limited number of roads and within a couple of months you'll be traveling much further afield to reach new destinations.

With the current economy, Phoenix may be a less expensive place to live. Maybe Campverdefella can chime in as he's on the doorstep.

Hello, I think your going to love Prescott and the whole Verde Valley area. It has a lot of variety in both the scenery and climate. Probably Mad Matt would be the one to talk to but I will PM you with my phone number however, call anytime...
