Anti Spyder jerks

So I go to do some mods on my bike today and notice an unusual, but familiar smell coming from the right side...

Smells like cigarettes... But I'm not a smoker... Can't find the butts, but I have no doubt some Spyder hating jerk dropped the remnants of his cancer sticks down one of my side vents.

Bad mouth the Spyder all you like, but you start messing with another guys bike and you're just asking for a whole lotta hurt.

I've never cared for that remark, maybe because I AM a red headed step child! It's even worse when people refer to a left-handed red headed step child...yep, I am that one, too! (Well, now that I'm WHITE headed, it doesn't bother me so much to hear the phrase! ) :roflblack:

I have yet to run across one of those types. Everyone I meet is just blown away by it. Living in a one horse town it's reached damn near celebrity status. I remember when it only took me 5 minutes to get gas on my Honda VTX... now it's a good 20 minutes. People want to know what it is and all the particulars. I hope thats that last of your encounters for a while.

I came out of my place of business one day to find someone had broken my antena clean off. $60 bucks later . If I had been able to find that person I may have not been riding for a while cause the cops would have me in custodity for beaten the jerk with a broken antena. :yikes:

Great story

Another V Max buddy in Florida was telling of something taken off his Max (can't recall now what it was). He found some video surviellance of where the bike was parked, got the guys plate # off the pick-up, had someone get the particulars on the guy and went to his house. Sure enough, there was the same truck, he put a note on it saying...."I saw what you did to my bike, I know who you are & I know where you live! If you touch any of my s##t again I will shoot you....DEAD!"

He was 82nd Airborne and more than capable of backing the note up! :doorag:
