• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    When sending a PM or replying to a PM, before you send it, scroll to the bottom of the page and under Miscellaneous Options there is a checkbox for "Request a read receipt for this message". Check that box and you will get a notification when the recipient opens the PM.

    Please, I need help with an electical issue.

    Reading this, it sounds like the wire was just twisted together and then covered with heat shrink tubing. Thats never a good connection for something that experiences vibration and moisture. That type of connection should always have the wires soldered together with heatshrink put over the joint.

    One of the first mods I did to my Spyder (back in 2008) was to replace the stock headlights with HID lights from NoMagicNeon (which is now called ESI). They are still the best safety and convenience item I've put on my Spyder.
