• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

GPS mount

I am having trouble finding a mount that will fit the space on the right handlebar (with NMN risers). Just to the left of the handlebar control, there is a space I m interested in clamping some sort of GPS mount to. I looked on line at various RAM mount motorcycle sites, but I wondering if any of the wonderful members here have had any success in this area.

My forum search attempts with "gps ram mount" were not very successful.

The GPS is a Magellan Maestro 4250.

NEVER MIND!

I found the page I was seardhing for. :D

Yeah...I have a RAM and had the dealership mount it on the right...no problem with using it as I have a zumo 550...is glove friendly. Make sure to buy the RAM 'lock'...it goes onto the bolt that holds the mount to the handlebar and prevents anyone from taking your cradle...

Oh, wire your gps directly to the battery...works better that way...less hassle...

NMN sells a RAM mount that works directly with his risers.
