• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have had my bike at the dealership for a month for a coolet tank and a radiator and still not done thinking of taking it to J&J Power Sports the next time so Iam going to change my dealership they are slower then a turtle been to J&J before like the service the young guy know what he,s doing very fast

Did you let the BRP tech reps know? They do care and listen. The owners of the dealership I use here in GA would go crazy if they ever had something like that happen. I had a GW 1800 that needed a head reworked at 32,000 and that took 2 weeks total, think that's the most I ever had to wait for any bike repair. Toyota took 3 weeks for a "mystery water pump" problem on our Prius, but gave us a new Camry Hybrid for the whole time - that's service.

I feel for ya my new 2012 limited broke b4 i got it home with only 298 miles on it an i took it to a dealer that was close an they were to say the least an ass about it cause i didnt purchace it there but had no choice but to leave it. mine sat for 2 weeks an never got looked at i picked it up an took it 100 miles away to have it fixed n only 3 days 2 for shiping parts Honda of Tulsa r great guys. Its worth the travel to get service.an would NEVER recommend using the dealer n Jones near OKC,OK

sounds like me I take my in Wilm Delaware is a 80 miles from they do a great they call there are in changes the other dealership wont pick up the phone to back order

when my bike was in for service it needed brake pads.
they pulled them from one in the crate I got it back on time

i take my bike in for regular service and buy as many goodies for them as possible. i get service

we all know that there is a problem with the tanks and they are on back order.

you have to support your dealer so he can stay in business.

sorry but a fact of life is if you try to buy you stuff off the internet don't be surprised if you don't get service.

people you can't have it both ways.

i am sure this is only one side of the story

i will continue to support Talbot Power Sports and recommend them to anyone I can.

maybe you don t understand because I only had my bike there twice and each time they never call till they are done never let me know what going on both times the bike been there for a month never again
