• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I talked to a guy here today that test drives new cars and has ridden MC's for years. He is testing cars on a track here in Arizona and he says they are testing Prototype Spyders at the track here also. He could not tell me much but said the ones they are testing have bigger engines, and several other new features. He also says they are testing new suspensions and it is fun to watch. :ohyea:

Come on now, sneak into the track with your camera.

The Black Helicopters don't like that sort of behavior... :lecturef_smilie:

I can finally reach behind my back with my right arm to put my belt on. My rehab should be complete by September and will be able to ride. Come to think of it, the 2013's will be available for order in September won't they????? Hmmmmmmmmmmmm?:yes::yes:

So this means you can rYde and put your belt on at the same time?!?! :joke: Glad to hear you are getting better!!

Based on what I've read on this and other Spyder forums, I would not touch a new BRP product for at least 3 years. BRP needs to adopt some of the quality control methods from Yamaha.

Testing today probably means 2015's….

:agree:

Anything they'd be releasing in September has to be much further ahead than prototype testing at this point.

I wouldn't bet on a bigger engine just yet...

I'd love to see a 4 or a 6..........

Sounds like I timed it perfectly buying the 2012 model. By 2015, I should be ready to upgrade.
