• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have ESI's extensions (sold at Custom Dynamics). I bought them because they appear "OEM"-- they flow with the shape of the stock mirrors. They're a bit pricier, however. Easy to install, but I did have some trouble getting one to fit right, had to use some star lock washers to keep the mirrors from nudging while riding. But that was probably due to *me* screwing up the install trying to make the grooves on the mirror fit the wrong way (oops :opps:).

Since I have the 25" Ultra touring w/s I'd go with the kewlmetal. The esi ones look better. Look more stock. But for me I would have to trim the w/s for them to work. But since you have the calsci that wouldnt be a problem. I'd see if there are any riders near you that have them that you check out.

I originally had the Kewlmetal ones installed.
Changed to the ESI ones that custom dynamics sells.

No comparison... the ESI ones are a far better product.
