There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Update 6/12/25: Lamont Garage said the left front tire was "3/4" toed OUT, so dragging the left tire along made the tire wear unevenly on the inside (of course, right?)Front wheel alignment at Lamonster's Garage

Perhaps gas mileage will improve now that I'll not be dragging the left front tire along.....
So Yesterday, I installed new front tres and did a short test ride. New shoes made baby happy, and the Spyder was notably easier to steer, making me happy!
I recall what a wonderful feeling new tires always made on my 2-wheeled steeds, and this came close.
The Vredestein Quatrac tires (165/60 R15) had about 25,000 miles on them and still had tread for a few thousand more, but the uneven left tire wear made me change them out.
Now to plan the next adventure - where will it take me?

Partially installed an Admore light bar onto the back of the Baker luggage rack on my F3. Next are the electrical connections, which I'll have the dealer do.

Installed a Freedom 22 inch lightly tinted windshield from Lamonster Garage on my 2021 RT Limited, opted for a pair of Up Flow air vents. Installation was straight forward, and with two people, quick and easy. The Freedom windshield does not use the factory grommets, but provides a rubber washer for under the windshield and a nylon washer for under the bolt head. This windshield eliminated the problem with the top of the 24 inch OEM windshield being level with my eyes when it was all the way down. The biggest problem was removing the protective film from the windshield.

Just installed a Sykik TPMS. Placed the little display on my left handlebar. I've used this brand on my motorhome and they work well. Biggest complaint people have, and I agree, is the vehicle and wheels are displayed in a fainter blue, which makes it difficult to read in bright light. For the bike unit this isn't a problem because each wheel has a separate pressure display. On the multi tire vehicle units, the pressure cycles between tires, and if there's an alarm, a single pressure displays along with a flashing tire position icon which is in that dim blue, so it's hard to tell at a quick glance in bright light, which tie is alarming.
They also have a low pressure alarm lower limit of 15lbs, which is kinda close to the 18 many of us run the tires at. It might be possible to have your tires at the correct pressure, and have the weather change where it's colder and raining, which may set off the lower pressure alarm. Or, it you start your ride from high altitude, and ride to low, it may trigger a low pressure alarm. Lowest High pressure limit is 35lbs. This isn't so much an issue because, 35psi is still well within the tire's normal operating range. Pressures displayed seems to agree well with my tire gauge.
Not sure my system is going to get much use in the near future though. We're into the triple digit summer weather here in the Phoenix area, so this is the start of my bike's off season. Short sunset rides are still possible, but when the temps remain at around 100 till close to midnight, I'll be done until the fall.

Took one of my oldest granddaughters on about a 120 mile ride around to some of the local lakes and on some back roads. Seems like now I have a riding partner for whenever the wife doesn't want to ride. We do day trips to the mountains and to the beach each year, she already asked if she could go if grandma doesn't. Works for me.

I actually did take her by the dealership and showed her the Ryker. With the $2000+ rebates on leftover 2024's they have some great deals. Especially on the 600 cc Rykers. For my 260 pounds, it would be a bit small, but for her 5'-1" small frame, it would be perfect.
