There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. What did you do to your Spyder today?

Trouble balancing Vredsteins. Anyone else had this problem? My bike shop in VA did a static balance before I left for FL. Got down here for a first ride and had bad shaking above 45. Went out and got a cheap harbor freight bubble balancer and got to almost 75% better. Went to a local tire shop hoping they could fine tune my work and he stated the tires were totally out of round and the weights needed were off the charts. Sent me to a local repair shop. They spent about an hour on them and declared them “balanced”. Rode today and nearly lost my mirrors and fenders as the vibrations were severe. Finally found a CanAm repair shop about an hour away and they stated that the repair shop has put excessive weights in three positions on each wheel. They removed that mess and redid them. Gonna try them out tomorrow and hope that they are finally done right. Geez…

You've got some other problem there if it is taking that much weight. I would suspect there is something wrong with the tire(s).

The state of Vermont requires inspections for motorcycles and cars, TT units. It was for lights, brakes, directionals, and etc.

I see. I used to live in NJ and remember having to do that with my car. I'm kinda 50/50 with these type of inspections, because it just seems to be just another money maker for the state.

Here in NV, cars/trucks HAVE to be smogged, and the fee is nominal. In fact, my friend owns a smog shop and it only costs me $15 and 5 minutes of my time. Luckily, my motorcycle and trike doesn't have to be smogged.

(I've seen some jalopies on the road that would want me to wish there was some kind of mandatory inspection, LOL).

Finished an oil change and maintenance inspection on the F3T.
Now I'm gathering tools and my courage to realign the handle bars as I can't get a laser align until Oct.
Anyone with experience please chime in.

Rode my Spyder 255 miles for some tacos. Went to Beaver Ut. to Beaver Tacos. Four bikes and 5 people. 3 Spyders. Then we had to go to The Creamery for ice cream. I had French Silk and Bourbon Pecan. Great day to get out and go.

Its GREAT.

Coolant Leak?

:dontknow:....I have some drops of coolant at the coolant
reservoir hoses. Hopefully just needs the clamps tighten a little bit.
So will see what happens next. ....

Well, mine is the 2021 base model, so the other day I installed the blinker lights on my mirrors. Tomorrow I'm taking the frunk off and installing both signature lights, and the frunk liner. I wasn't going to get the liner but it was a good deal, plus it'll help keep scratches off my extra helmet I carry. Once I get done with that, if I have time, I'm installing the LED's that go under the tail lights that I bought from Slingmods. After that, it's replacing the sway bar, and putting on the color match stick-ons I got from canamspyderaccessories. I may buy handlebar mirrors as well. Even though I have the wide view mirrors, I still can't see that well behind me. I have to move to the side to see directly behind me.

Oh yea, I also installed the Utopia backrest. What a great investment that was. My back didn't bother me at all the other day. The other one I had was too small and didn't support my lower back that well.

Yesterday I installed a luggage rack for my 54L top case, and a drivers backrest. The good part is that I can use this case on my spyder and my BMW.

Well this really stinks. Got my front end off this morning to install the signature lights and after taking it all apart, I noticed 1 light wasn't fitting correctly. Turns out, they sent me 2 right hand lights. So now I have to return them because they don't know when they'll be getting a left one in. So I called lamonstergarage and verified they had them in stock. They're shipping them 2 day, which cost a little, but my poor bike is apart and I'm not putting it all back together just to have to take it apart again.

Man I'm bummed over this but I guess it is what it is. At least I got the frunk liner installed. I guess this weekend I'll spend time putting the afterburner lights on that I bought from Slingmods.
