• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Does the map show? Can’t figure this, came right up on my iPad…. It is google maps if that makes a difference.

Map picture shows. PS: that is a great ride. For those that do not know, the Needles Eye Tunnel should be entered from the Western side. You get a beautiful picture of Mt. Rushmore through the tunnel. The other direction, one can miss that.

When I tried it last night it still didn't work but today it works fine. Although I have ridden the Needles Highway coming from the west and ssen Mt.Rushmore framed in the opening I have not ridden this route that you show. I will ride it when I am there in July for D3WR. Hope to see you then.

The link would not work for me, either. So, I copied and pasted it into the URL line. Worked fine then.

The 3 tunnels on Iron Mt. road are that way but I’m not sure about the Needles Eye tunnel. Now your going to make me have to go back and look again.:roflblack: Mt. Rushmore would be on the other side of the Needles toward the Northeast to the right of Harney peak.

Just returned from Yellowstone via the Black Hills, Badlands, Needles, Beartooth, Million $ Hwy. Awesome views and fun mountain twisties.
