• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

And we will have mid 30's then. This southern stuff is a real roller coaster. :roflblack:

February looks to be pleasant in central Texas as well. And here's something interesting, and though not earth shattering interesting nonetheless. For Americans, Sunday, Feb 2nd is Ground Hog Day, and the Super Bowl (for those who are football fans). Beyond this, Feb 2nd is also the only palindromic date this century - 02/20/2020. It's the same when read either from left to right or right to left. Shazaam!

2020

:coffee: Okay, but it should be...02/02/2020. Thanks for your input.
Today Sunny and Hi 55°.
Bring on your weather for your area of the world........

Just came back from a 100 mile ride. We ran into 84 degrees today. All I can say is WOW!

That puts us up to 2,200 miles so far this year (2020), and its only Feb 2.

February Ryde

:coffee: Yep, so far February has been very warm. (50+) The weather people are saying 'enjoy the warm up' but brace for normal weather 20° to 30°. Welcome to INDIANA.

Oh, by the way 64° on Monday, got my February Bike Ryde .......

This week here in the Northeast, we are suppose to get a sloppy snow storm( it is a 2 part snow storm) they say the snow is expected to bring some hazardous travel conditions. Part 1 snow is expected to start on Wednesday night, that will change over to sleet freezing rain later on Thursday.

The 2nd/part batch of precipitation will hit on Thursday and Friday, eventually bring upward to 8 to 12 inches of snow in the north, and 4-8 inches in the south.

They have issued a Winter Weather Storm Watches across central and northern part of Vermont, and northern part of New York.

They upped the storm totals: they are saying that up north( above Burlington) they will be getting 10- 20 inches of snow on Friday. Then on Saturday an Arctic Cold blast, but next week Monday the temps will warm up again!

Spring is around the corner!

We are riding the roller coaster also. Fifties yesterday and today...rain coming in by mid afternoon. Then going down to 30's and 40's. Going to ride today before the rain.

Next weekend is forecast in the 50's again.

We got a dusting of snow wed/thur but it was gone by 9:00 AM on Fri. That's two "dustings" so far all season.

Got the 2 part storm Thursday and Friday. 5" Thursday a foot FridayView attachment 178669

We also got the 2 part storm here in Vermont, up in the northern part of Vermont( they got 10' to 20 inches of snow, we were out on the sleds on Friday in Derby, VT, & Island Pond Snowmobile Capital of Vermont, but I did not go out on my sled on Saturday because of the cold weather sorry for being off topic).

Tommorow: it is suppose to be in the 40's and rain! there goes some of the snow.
