• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

High Beam Low Beam

I don't understand how the high and low beam headlights work. Are there two bulb or one? Is it all mechanical positioning of one one bulb?
I have a standard RT so no fog lights. What does or does not the little lens next to the headlight do...nothing..decorative?
If I buy this is am I good?

There is one light for both beams. There is a "shutter system" that comes into play when going from one mode to another. Low beam is partly blocked by the shutter. High beam is full on. You can hear the shutter opening and closing when you change from one to the other.

It is a shutter system, one bulb, one filiment. The Shutter drops down part way for low beam. You can hear it work with engine at an idle and dtand next to it.

Don't forget that you can also aim your headlights for better results. LED's are a nice improvement too. The others have answered the shutter system part...
