Right now I have a Cardo Scala Q2, and have had it for over 8 years. The pieces attached to the helmet are cracking, and have become sticky. I was looking at the scalarider FREECOM 2 DUO at $290. I'll only be using as a com system, and to hear the GPS; no music or phone calls. I'm not familiar with Sena. Do they offer something comparable at the same or lower price?

I have both and much prefer the Sena. It is easy to use and gives good enough sound for the music for these old ears at speed. I know you said you don't need music but it is there. I can't compare costs for you but I do know Dave will give you the best price possible.

The Sena SMH10 duo pack is about the same price on Amazon. We ran the Scala Q2 Pro set for 4 years before switching to Sena. The Sena (IMHO) is easier to use with gloves and better audio quality. Plus (at the time) the older Scala did not have bluetooth.
