• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

OFFICIAL SPYDERFEST POST -- FROM MOGANG

To my fellow Spyderlovers

Thank you for being patient with MoGang at this time.

I know that everyone is wanting to know who is in the top 777. We are close to that number but I am (99.9%) sure that we have have not yet hit that number.

As much as I would like for SpyderFest to be my full time job, I don't think that Len would agree to pay me in wine, nor do I think the bank would take it for my house payment!!!:roflblack: Yeah I know wishful thinking on my part. So that 40 plus hour a week job, that pays the bills, gets a big chunk of my focus. So SF is my night and weekend job.

Kevin and I are headed to Springfield this weekend. I plan on sitting down with Vanessa and going over the list and making sure that the individuals who started and couldn't complete the registration on line but completed via mail or phone are put in the proper place on the 777 list.

Please let us know if you have any questions!!

Love to all and see you in April!!

Is there that much wine???? Just asking :dontknow::dontknow::dontknow::roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:

Appreciation

We just appreciate all the hard work you are putting into SpyderFest. Anticipation just makes us appreciate the good things a little more.

In the process of confirming one more Spyder Friendly Hotel. Information to be release week of 1/11/16.

Any new word on the next hotel?

Called the BW and they are booked up on the 27th and 29th. Really don't want to have to shuttle between hotels if at all possible.

Canuck on the Way!

Well it looks like I'm the only one from Canada coming so far. This is my 2nd Spyder but my first Spyderfest and i'm pretty stoked about it. Got my room booked at the Lamplighter already.

Mentioned this event to the local club but I'm pretty sure they think I'm crazy for making a trip like this :) Considering last year I went from Edmonton to New Orleans, this is a short trip.

This is the tentative path I'm going to take to either get there or take back after its over.

Wow, takin' the long route eh?

Long Way

I will probably take the above route back after Spyderfest as I'll have time before I have to go back to work. I will probably race down via: Edmonton > Regina > Minot(ND) > Fargo(ND) > Souix City > Kansas City. Plan to do that in a little over 3 days.

OK, I'm a newbe...but where in the H do I find info on Spyderfest. Where is it...when is it, WHAT is it and how to register. Shouldn't info be easy to find? I see the post OFFICIAL SPYDERFEST POST...but it does not give me any of that info. I'd maybe like to go but I'd like to know something about it first.

My top post has dates, place to register, spyder friendly hotels.

MoGang's January meeting was cancelled, so our next meeting is the 13th of February. After that we will post a tentative schedule. Some of the things that are planned
Group rydes
Vendor Village
Passport/Poker Runs
Casino Night
Auction
Bonfire
Games
Fireworks
Pie Run

Let me know if you have any other questions. Or you can PM me if you want.

I have updated the post with a tentative schedule and list of individuals who have pre-registered. We have about 125 to go till we get to 777.
