• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

New Seat Pad

I had posted before that I needed to relocate the brake pedal because it was very hard to reach. I tried using a chair cushion to raise me up and that helped. So I had a 3" cushion custom made and that did the trick. Dale did a great job...it looks and rides great. He charged me $150 and I know it was a lot of work. Now my hips don't hurt and I can easily and quickly reach the brake

Looks nice, but I'd be worried that you are now sitting too high up for comfortable and controlled handling. Interested in hearing how your center of gravity is affected on the straight away and in turns, as well as your hand position now being down on your lap.

I know when I use my partially inflated airhawk seat cushion it feels too high, I can't imagine sitting a whole 3" higher off the seat.

The foam compresses and the seat height is perfect for me. The change in CG is not noticeable. Think about how high the passenger sets. This solved several problems for me.

Hard to believe it's custom - looks store bought. Very neat, very professional, and anything that makes an extended trip more comfortable is positive farkling.

They did a nice job on that cushion. I'm glad it's working for you.

The pad actually looks better on the bike than the picture shows and I now have enough miles on it to appreciate the change it makes for me. A great mod for us old folks with arthritic hips.
