• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone installed SlingMods Low Profile Passenger Backrest Pad? Is it Good quality, and does the vinyl match the OEM covering?

Has anyone installed one of these? How is the quality, and does the vinyl match the OEM color and texture?

I don't carry a passenger and would like more space for a seat bag on my 2023 RTL. The side "wings" of the stock passenger backrest pad really limit the available space. Elimination of the "wings" and the thinner pad thickness of the SlingMods option looks like it would do the trick.

Also interested in other solutions that any of you have been successful with.

Yes. I purchased a passengers backrest from Altimate Seats out of Florida, looks to be the same size but mine has a Spyder logo stitched into the backrest with Altimate stitched on the top. "was more money also"

My wife likes the more lean back version and extra amount of room, we're happy with it!

I have the heated version. I replaced the OEM with your same reason. I don't carry a passenger, but I do bungee a bag on the passenger seat. The stitching is a bit brighter than my 2022 RT S2S stitching, but I like it.
