• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Will a Cat delete pipe help remove heat from the Spyder?

It could be the same, who knows. Keep in mind that unless Lamonster makes these in shop that they must be purchased from somewhere, shipped to them and then a profit put on them to stay in business.

I know he does for my 2013 st, told me he would add me to the list if he gets enough interest/orders to make some more. Told me it's to time consuming to make just one.

Wow! Too late for me; I just ordered the Baldwin Iron Works on from eBay for twice that, but 1/2 what certain Spyder vendors want. Some will say I'm buying junk, but here's the thing - it's not rocket science!

I did the same, don't worry, the Baldwin one is not junk, it's well made, nice welds, and comes with a baffle; but mine was a bit different to stock on the ball joint outlet was my only observation.
Haven't seen the China version in the flesh but I did buy a mid pipe from there

to connect to a china clone muffler I purchased and it needed the socket end modifying to mate up to the Baldwin ball joint. The joint Baldwin uses is slightly different to the stock Can Am one but when I ran the stock muffler it seemed to seal off ok, even though it looks like it shouldn't. :dontknow:
Seems BRP built an overly complicated exhaust joint just to annoy the 'we like it simple' crowd.

I bought a Baldwin cat delete pipe directly from Paul Baldwin at his shop. He fab'd it up/installed it while I was there. First rate guy. I can't say for sure, but I wouldn't be surprised if Baldwin makes the Lamonster pipe. Baldwin's shop is only about 15 miles from Lamonster. The Chinese versions have a lot more piecing's/welds.
