• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Why are they called Spyders?

I mean, there is the Ski-Doo, and the Sea-Doo. Shouldn't they be called Land-Doos? Or Road-Doos?

BTW, I have a brand new 2013 ST-S sitting in the garage, waiting for this winter weather to break. Just picked it up Wednesday from Pitbull in Springfield.

All I've done is back it off the trailer and pull it into the garage.
Winter? Arkansas? Get out there and ryde man! And send us pictures!

Hey! Good to hear you bought one! :clap:You and Len must have talked some bidness at the Grand Opening. ;) Congratulations!

Personally..!!

I think it looks more like a lobster...I call it a roadster and moved the spyder sticker to the lower air dam so my wife doesn't cringe...:roflblack:

North central; near Mountain Home.

I rode through Mountain Home when I was visiting my parents last November, they live in Leslie. You have some great riding roads up there. I made a loop that day going from Leslie to Big Flat, Push Mtn road through Mtn Home, Gassville, Yellville, back down AR14. Hope you can show us some of your favorite roads when we all come up to SPYDERFEST. Enjoy your new ST-S.

I know why

They are called spyders because, like spiders:
1) Once you get one in your garage, there will always be one in your garage
2) They have a habit of multiplying (hence all the two spyder families)
3) They seem to become the center of attention wherever they show up
4) They kill a lot of bugs
5) Finally, the spider spins silk out of it's rear end, and the Spyder spins a black streak and lots of smoke from it's rear end
I hope this sheds a little more light on the subject :ohyea:

Just sayin'............
