• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Where's your dream trip

If you could transport your Spyder anywhere, and ride it there, where is there???

For me, I want my Spyder in Bristol, UK and ride to Palermo, via Brussels, Luxembourg, Munich, Zurich, Turin, Genoa, and Florence. Then back home.

Your turn.

Dream Trip

My dream trip will, hopefully, be a reality when I ride my Spyder from my home to Deadwood, SD for the 1st annual trike rally next July!

If I could ride my Spyder anywhere I'd ride it ANYWHERE!! It would be an around-the-world cruise, transporting me and my Spyder. I'd ride it wherever the ship makes port.

I'd start from my house in Maine on the Atlantic, take secondary roads across the northern states to the Pacific Northwest, down the Pacific Coast Highway and then head east across the southwestern states. Across the desert, both panhandles, then up through the Smokies and then through the Shenandoah Valley into West Virginia on the way back to the Southern Maine beaches.

Niagara Falls. Mt. Rushmore. Yellowstone. Yosemite. Puget Sound. Big Sur. The Grand Canyon. The Grand Tetons. The Ozarks. The Smokies. Pubs. Campgrounds. Five star hotels. All from my Spyder.

No need to plan it. Just stop when you feel like stopping. Ryde on people!

The Isle of Man. I'd go see where my mom was born, visit my family there and ride the TT course during TT week.

Isle of Man +2. Don't have family there, but it's on our bucket list. Would love to be there for the TT, but ride the course after the pros were done.

Dreaming...!!

Can't say, I am dreaming of the next ryde all the time. Ryding is more the road than the scenery to me (the wife will disagree) and the roads around here mimic most that I have seen posted. Seeing as I have not scratched the surface here in CA guess...."the next one"...:ohyea::ohyea:

:agree: This is a trip my wife and I will do when we retire. We always talked about doing a trip like this except we would go across Canada instead.
