• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Where did you get your "Handle"?

I am curious as to the inception of some of our "Screen Names" or "Handles" :chat:

Mine is rather simple, My name is Joe and i ride a RT which I consider a cruiser (others will argue this fact I know) :shocked::shocked:

Thus my "handle" is Cruzr Joe ( The spelling is abbreviated because all they would let me put on the Lic. Plate was "CRUZR") :thumbup::thumbup:

Whats the story behind yours.
:dontknow::dontknow:

Mine derived from being the assistant director of the EMS service I'm on. MZ is for Mazomanie, and my position on the service is EMS2. Kinda corny....I know. LOL:p

I used to be Bxntrk, which indicates part of my life goal, but no one knew how to pronounce it. (Be eccentric)

So I changed it to something about where I'm from and where I will always identify with - the prairie.

Ours came from Long time member, Yol Bolson (he can tell you what his means).

He met us at the Can Am dealership one morning and as I walked in he said.... "oh, oh here comes trouble'".

When my wife wheeled in behind me it changed to .."now we have double trouble".

I remember asking you about the story behind your original Screen Name... ;) :thumbup:

I live in Sequim, WA and it has the nickname Bluehole for all the sunshine it gets. That name was given by pilots who always flew overhead and saw nothing but the sun shining.

Handle

I was going fishing early one morning before it was lite out and as I was walking out on the pier I passed two stoners. They said hey fisherdude.

I lost my leg in 2010 and after buying the RT in '12, I needed something to sign onto Spyderlovers...lo and behold, the 'love' of my life is the C-Leg..without it I am 3 legged:gaah::p

After taking my Granddaughters for rides they started calling me Grandpaspeed because they thought I was going really fast. I would never go over the speed limit :roflblack:
