There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. What was your Spyder Mileage for 2014 - now for 2023???

Not quite 2000 but I got a late start for the season and since it's my first bike I didn't take any long trips.

I'll be correcting that in 2015!

12,663 Miles of Smiles in 2014

We enjoyed our 2014 RT L in 2014 with 12,663 miles on it. Many great rydes with other MN Spyderlovers! Had a blast in 2014! That was about 50% more than we rode in 2013....going in the right direction! Even got a ryde in November in Minnesnowta! :roflblack::roflblack::roflblack: Here's a few pics from our November ryde.....

If it doesn't snow tomorrow I will head out to end the year with an even 34,000. I put over 5,000 on the test Spyder in January and February but I have been slacking since October and haven't gone on any substantial trips.

Good luck. I hear it is cold and possibility of snow in Las vegas?????????
It's colder than hell here in Omaha. we are supposed to have a "heat wave" of 19 degrees today???
HAPPY NEW YEARS EVE!
THE BIG F

A little over 6,000 here, 3079 on a 2 week ride to the Canadian Atlantic provinces. Moved to Las Vegas from Penna. so miles are down. Once we hit our stride here there will be more.174.jpg

10,700 on the 2013 blue one, and 4,400 very happy miles on the new Cognac one. Would be more if not for work and other responsibilities getting in the way.

9800 for the calendar year and 10400 since late Nov. 2013 when I purchased the Spyder. I also work 50hrs a week but I managed to make time or should I say push other stuff off until winter.

Spyder riders are surpassing the standard

It is so funny to me that guys on the M/C scene turn there noses up to Spyders but the majority of people with Spyders ride thousands of miles more than the guys who are supposedly the big Dawgs in certain M/C circles. I kid you not, I know a guy(keep in mind I live in North Texas so we can literally ride year around minus a bad week here and there) who has had his bike for 5 years and does not have 25,000 miles on it, lol. I know some of you are retired and have more free time but still your desire to be on the road seems to be stronger than some of those who say they are committed to riding with a club. On the M/C scene in Dallas I brag about my mileage in 2 years, but I come on Spyderlovers and see people doubling my mileage in less than a year, lol. Thank you all for keeping me humble.

Well said. :2thumbs:

4074 miles for 2014 riding season. I only logged 3040 miles in the previous 2 riding seasons. It just keeps getting better!

By the way, is anyone keeping a tally on these reported miles?

I couldn't end the year on an odd number so I piled on the long johns and went out. Even though the thermometer shows 42 it was only 35 and the wind was honking at 20+. IMG_0291.jpg

I live in Henderson and work in Searchlight NV. We had snow almost the whole way, and wind chill was 4 degrees. I used the cage I am sorry(?) to say. You are braver than I am.

Yes, and there will be a test later.

18,289 fun miles for me. Most of those were my trip from North Carolina to Alaska and back. That was a little over 14,000 miles. All on a 2012 RT-limited that I have since traded for a 2014 RT-SE6 in November.

I just saw Searchlight on the news, crazy stuff. They had 1/2" of snow in Lake Havasu too. Hell is freezing over.

We have 40 degrees here today. Sorry, I had to bring it up. :roflblack::roflblack:

And now a further word from our original thread. Sorry, I sometimes hijack.
