As I posted on another similar thread, I have to deal with extreme humidity here in Alabama. I usually wear a cotton t-shirt under a Draggin' Jeans kevlar mesh shirt. I wear Diamond Gusset's Defender jeans, which are generously cut for comfort and lined with kevlar cloth at the knees, hips, and butt.
Note that none of these have impact pads, but I figure at least I'm reasonably protected against road rash. And I've found that cotton is the best fabric for humid weather.
Hint: Diamond Gusset usually has their Defender jeans on sale between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
