• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

It used to be more time to practice the guitars. Don't know this winter season. Going to be 60+ today. We are going to ride in a couple hours.

I sold all my snowmobiles a few years ago ( it was getting too dangerous ) ….. and last year I decided to return to downhill sking ( at 72 yrs old :gaah:)…. bought new equipment, ( Shaped ski's & rear entry boots ) a Senior ski pass, and ended up skiing 66 days last season. It's really good excercise, and the new style equipment takes much less energy to accomplish. The downside was Falls seemed to hurt a heck of lot more :( ..... but I survived, and the more often I went, the less I fell .... This season I may get into the Senior race program they have at Sugarbush VT ..... of course my RT will get major servicing ( diy ) done & possibly the ECU flash.... and there are plenty of smaller projects to amuse me ...... hope your winter is as much fun as mine will be :thumbup:..... Mike :ohyea: ...... Mike

I find that at 72, things have slowed down for me.... My body just can't keep up with what my mind would like to accomplish.... Also I did some work on the Cobra after putting that back on the road in Aug..... annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd I just love driving my toys …. all work and no fun is not how I operate any more. …. this winter I plan to build the front half of the new frame I will need for the new front suspension that I'm going to use. ….. Thanks for asking …. I'll add pics to my " 917 " album and post them here …… Mike :ohyea:

Waiting for the snowmobile trails to open up( Dec. 15th) here in VT.

Plan trips, think about trips, read these forums for ideas about trips, reminisce about past trips, resist the urge to go on a trip (even if its only a lap of the main street in our town and back home).....time with the Grandkids, cant wait to take them on a trip :ohyea: and study. I'm an I.T. contractor and certifications and study consume a lot of my downtime.
