• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What is a good trailer size to carry my Spyder GS?

7 by 12 has been the overwhelming majority answer in all the many times this question has been asked before.. That size provides not only clearance but some comfort and operating room for securing the bike.

I agree. A 6 foot wide trailer is too narrow. 72 inches wide. Spyder is 60 inches plus two door jams at 5 inches each plus lift cables two at 1 inch each total 72 inches. That's a problem.

Plenty of room for a GS, And if down the road you trade the GS in for a wider RT that will fit also.

I use a 7x12 v-nose, too. Plenty of room to spare, or haul a bike, too. You could even live with a 6.5 or 7 foot x 12 flat-front trailer...or maybe a 10 footer, if the inside dimensions fit. Easier to load and tie down, the wider the door is, though. It is nice to have room to adjust the positioning for optimal tongue weight, with a bit more length. The critical measurementts are the clear door width, the width between the door cables (if any) and the clear width at the wheels.

7 X 10 V nose

We have a 7 X 10 V-nose and it has more that enough room inside and the single axle is more that enough too, the 7 x 12 would give you extra room, if you want to load all your riding gear in the trailer with the Spyder.
