What could cause a fan like noise when shifting into gear from N?

I am beginning to hear a noise that sounds like a fan when shifting from N to 1st. The main fan is not turning. When shifting back to N the sound disappears. The bike is running normally.

Anyone else hearing this noise?

I'm also hearing a noise similar to a squeal when starting off from 1st. The sound seems to disappear as the bike warms up.

The bike has 9500 miles on the odometer. The bike had the 9300 mile service at 9000 miles

Squeal = belt riding against rear pulley real hard. Need 1 or 2mm gap

I agree with the air ride pump possibility. Though describing it as a 'Fan' doesn't seem to fit. It definitely sounds like a high speed pump.

But I'd say the squeal is going to be the dreaded alternator issue.

Both sounds will. As soon as you shift into 1st, the logic is satisfied to allow the air pump to run, if necessary. It will stop running after the rear suspension reaches it's programmed ride height. The alternator shaft squeal is caused by the slipper clutch on the shaft slipping prematurely. This is a known problem with BRP. It will go away as the battery gets recharged following the startup and the torque on the shaft decreases. You want to get this alternator shaft issue on the record with your dealer since you're still under warranty. Take a video.

I have completed additional testing and found the following:

When in 1st gear, there is a noise coming from the front. The sound is like that of a fan.
When shifting to neutral or reverse, the sound is not present.
The sound is constantly present no matter the temperature of the bike.
The sound is not present when the bike is in gear and the parking brake applied.
The sound is present with or without a passenger.

I've also noticed that my recent rides have seemed to be rougher than before.

All of this points with the ACS as mentioned in previous responses. Heading to the dealer for diagnostics.
