I have a couple of questions about my new Spyder, I think from what I have read, I know the probable culprit is the belt/tension. Question is how do I diagnose it for sure and how can I fix it.
The first is a harmonic sound from about 45 - 50 mph...very loud, under throttle or not, coasting, it doesn't matter, have to get above 50 to make it stop.
The Second is a vibration at about 70 - 75 only if I let off the throttle. Cruising is fine, but if I let off the gas I get this vibration.
Like I said, from what I have read it is probably both related to the belt, but how can I be sure...and how can I fix...is this time for a dealer visit ?
