VSS Warning Light

2015 RT LTD , dealer replaced the rear suspension compressor last week. When riding home from the dealer, I noticed the VSS Warning Light was illuminated (it’s way too dim to qualify as a Warning Light and often hid under the Tach Needle at 2500 RPM).
Is it possible that the replacement of the compressor and the Warning Light are related?

I will say that my VSS and limp mode came on when my battery was borderline going bad. Wonder if they were trying the compressor without the engine going and drained the battery below what it should be.
