Updated front lights today

Thanks to Spyderpops, I was able to replace the light string in my bump skid today. While I was working on wiring etc and had some time, went ahead and installed some daytime running lights too. Think it looks good and helps with visibility. Was also able to get my foot boards installed. Much more comfortable. But now the brake pedal is way too high. I am working on that one....

I also installed some black reflective rim tape. This stuff is not obtrusive under normal light but hit them with headlights or a camera flash and they light up...

reflective tape

The tape is available from Rider Warehouse, they recommend two rolls, but I found one roll is more than enough with some left over. CLEAN THE EDGES WELL!!!

Don't know on the bump skid. Check with Spyderpops (vendor here).

You can get the A-Arm daytime running lights from Value Accessories or TricLED.

I liked this product better than the roll as they are preformed die cut sections that already form the correct diameter circle. Was very easy to apply with the instructions provided.

It's $37 per roll. Is that 1 roll per wheel? So it needs 3 rolls?

Easy application. No applicator required. No need to remove wheels. Each order makes 4 complete circles for the selected rim size, with an extra strip to spare.
