• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Update on Erags

Erags (Ed) and I just returned from another visit to MD Anderson for follow-up of his lymphoma after six rounds of chemo. I'm ecstatic to report all his studies were great, with no evidence of cancer. The doctor wants him to have upper and lower endoscopy :yikes: to make sure random biopsies are negative for lymphoma. If they are all OK, then he gets two more rounds of chemo (one of each regimen he's on) and gets to call it quits for now. He has a high risk of recurrence and will be followed every three months once his chemo is completed. Thank you all for your prayers and well-wishes.

On another note, we thoroughly enjoyed getting together with Flamingobabe and Mark for dinner while we were in town. Sorry we couldn't get together with more of the Houston riders...maybe next time. We are looking forward to Spyderfest, since that should coincide nicely with Ed's recuperation from his last rounds of chemo. See y'all there!:yes:

That's what we were hoping to hear. Sorry about having to finish up the chemo cycles. I know Ed was hoping to be able to skip those last two rounds. Hope you get some riding in before the next round starts.

Great news Doc. We'll pray that it doesn't return. Have you been able to get the VA to respond on his claim???

VA gave him 100% on Agent Orange for the lymphoma and 60% on Agent Orange for his heart disease; we received official notification recently. He's scheduled to see someone about the heart disease rating on Tuesday; followup at the VA in April about the lymphoma rating. We've been told it's an incurable cancer, so I don't know why he gets reevaluated in April and why he didn't get the "total and permanent" rating, but...It's nice to have the extra money from the change in rating, but I'd rather have a healthy partner. We enjoyed a nice ride today; weather was great for Spyder riding.

It always warms the heart to get good news! God is great! 'Like cold water to a weary soul, So is good news from a distant land.' (Proverbs 25:25)

MD Anderson is an awesome place for cancer patients. My brother was blessed to be there about 14 years ago with leukemia. Is still cancer-free, praise the Lord!
