unhappy with Cruiser Customizing!

UPDATE: Cruiser Customizing sent me my gift certificate by email today and I'm now an enthusiastic supporter!
I ordered high mount brakelight from Cruiser Customizing and then called them t see if I could use the $10 gift certificate immediately to order the brake/tail converter. They said I would have to wait until the order arrived and the gift certificate would be in the box, BUT I could not use it for five days. The order arrived quickly but there was no gift certificate inside. I called and the rep said he would generate a gift certificate and email it. That was two days ago. Nothing has arrived. I emailed this morning - no response! I tried chat, "chate is not available at this time". Now they are offering a $25 gift certificate with a $250 order. That would have nearly covered my converter! But I sure wouldn't trust that gift certificate to show up! Know any other sources for the converter? I also want the flasher gadget. At least they get kudos for quick shipping.....

Gary, I'd rather think that two days is "short order". At least from my thinking. I'd give em a bit more time before posting something like that. As you said at the end, at least they were quick in shipping. Any relation to GarytheBadger?

Chris, I believe you are right! It was because I didn't get an email within a day that made me post. But a couple hours after I posted, I got my email with the certificate. So now I'm thumbs up on Cruiser Customizing and about to order more lights!
(No relation BTW)
