• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Two weeks and my spyder is still in the shop for a clutch...

As posted in your duplicate thread.

One of my favorite complaint/rant issues. Holding the :spyder2: hostage while waiting on the dealer either to just look at the bike, or waiting for parts. I refer to it has holding the :ani29: hostage.

Agree with Spyder Ann: I would be calling or visiting on a regular basis to find out the status. They should be going out of their way to get you on the road. If it is a backorder problem with parts, they should have you in the loop--so you at least know what is going on. I also believe in "trust, but verify".

Some dealers have the habit of working on :spyder2:'s on "their" time which can take a week or so before they even look at it. Others don't do enough :ani29: business to put a parts order in on a weekly or sooner basis. Either way, the :spyder2: owner is left holding the bag.

Hoping your dealer is not one of those. Let us know how this works out for you.

When the clutch went out on my 2010 RTS Sunsports of Fort Myers took over three weeks to repair it.. The ultimate repair took two hours of labor time, but there were too busy working in HOndas to look at my Spyder that was stranded there

They called late this afternoon

And said it was ready. Will pick it up tomorrow. Hopefully no problems.

Michael
