• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Tricled DRL A-Arm lights issue

Anybody else have this issue, and if so, was a fix available.
Right side (as sitting on bike) works as advertised and looks great.
Left side used to work as advertised.

Now left side is dimmer and rapidly flashes. When I hit the left turn signal it does flash but with no amber. It does not look like the right side when flashing.
I’ve disconnected and inspected the splitter, the module and the OEM connector. I also disconnected, inspected, and reconnected the yellow wire that connects to the left side mirror. Everything looked okay. I still have the same issue,

My regular lights on the left side work fine. All I can guess is module issue? Any ideas?

Sadly, at this point, it is worthless. Waste of $150 or whatever it was. I hope Tricled will have a fix (this is my second note to them) but if not, I’ll remove. Any hints on how to remove the glued on LED’s? Heat gun?

Wow! My first note I got a disappointing response.
Tricled responded to my second note almost immediately. Impressive!
They said they will send me another LED strip and new module. I'm impressed....don't have it yet but
I'm impressed!
Thank you Tricled!

I had to replace one of the light strips that stopped working. The vendor sent me replacement strips out at no charge. I just pealed it off without any problem and cleaned the area, and applied new strip.
They are a company that stands by their products, so you should have no issues getting this fixed.

I had one strip go out last fall. I just pulled em both off and opted for a pair of driving lights on the a-arms. Much better and they offer "usable light" at night. Yeah, I suppose I could have called them too, but I was considering driving lights anyway. I got my strips from SpyderPops, but I would guess they would have backed their strips as well

Yeah, the second response is the norm from them, Martiniman. Great to hear you got it sorted

I have both Tric and Pops light strips.
Have two issues with Tric, replaced couple days no charge after sending pictures showing burnt out LED's.
SpyderPops replaced one that was my fault. Phone call, Harvey (Pop) happened to answer....shipped replacement that day.....no charge. Outstanding customer service
