My best Spyder accessory
If you have not found a cover yet, you might consider this:

The Bike Barn by PTI.
My Spyder lives outside, I do not have a garage. I also have one for my BMW F650GS. These make coming and going on the Spyder, or motorcycle, a breeze. There is no wrestling with a cover coming on and off, waiting for the bike to cool down, no cover rubbing dirt and dust on the paint, no problem covering or uncovering in the dark, storing the cover when not in use, easily accommodates all the modifications I have ever seen on a Spyder. It takes about 5 seconds to uncover or cover the Spyder. After having one, I would even buy one to use in a garage.
The Spyder requires the Trike size, fits it perfectly.
Downsides;
I wish they were cheaper, but in my case, really worth it.
Assembly is required, but if you take your time (around an hour), follow instructions, and don't consume alcoholic beverages when you do it, there should not be any problems. I did mine by myself, but an extra set of hands would have helped speed things up.
This is my favorite motorcycle/Spyder accessory, if you can call something that is indispensable an accessory.
