There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. to much snow

I ride in 100 + heat all the time only I do it in an air conditioned car:thumbup:

You have winter, they have summer... riding in 100+ heat is about as much fun as riding in the snow...

We haven't had any snow or ice (a bit of frost is all) this winter - unusual, but not unheard of. Lots of rain - which is different here. We don't get the East's gullywashers, rather, an all day light to medium rain - yes, that's 24 hrs all day! It's what we have to pay for all the trees and traffic free back roads...

Winter for you Eastcoasters has sure been unrelenting. We are at a snow deficit of 36 inches now. Headed for a week of high 30's and low 40's, so hoping we will have a good melt. The snow was avalanching off my roof yesterday so is now all gone from above.

I am hoping my driveway will melt and my access road black ice will go away. Every year, I have to wait for the one mile or so of black ice to free my :ani29:'s from the garage.

Last year it was 4/5 before I was able to ride. 2011, my first ride was 3/3. Hoping I can break my record this year. :bbq::bbq:

Here in the Northeast we can send you some of the snow. How much do you want?????? :roflblack::roflblack: We will trade you for the high 30's to low 40's weather. Deanna

Thanks for the refresher course. The last time I experienced snow was in December 2005 when we were remodeling our bathroom, and couldn't get the contractor scheduled before then. That postponed our usual "Winter Texan" trek by about six weeks that year.

Today was cloudless, 80+ F., and wind under 10mph. Great day for a little rYde! Today is our weekly group ride for lunch somewhere, probably 120 miles or so, round trip, with 10-12 machines.

I ryde some just about every day now, and rolled up 25,000 miles exactly on the 2-year anniversary of our first ryde with this machine. That's with no long trips whatsoever, yet.
Life is Gooooood!

(Sorry, didn't mean to rub too hard. :doorag: )

I am at 25,000 in just under 2 riding seasons as well. Then again, I just put on my snowmobile gear when it is cold. We currently have enough snow for me to build forts for the kids (and for me to hide in as well). As for living below the Mason-Dixon line: I lived in Clover, SC for 4 years, and the summers are too hot for me down there. I will take this weather instead of 90+ temps, and humidity.

Just sayin'............

part time

Another 5+ inches of snow. All week suppose to be below zero.

I only want to be in the south 4-5 months out of the year

Probably can't guess which Months :roflblack:

we have been lucky this winter only about 12 to 18 inches of snow so far but temp is going to be -33c tonight
