• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

To all you 2020 RT and RT Limited owners.

All this comes from a dealer promotion, and non-authorized by BRP.

I took delivery of my 2020 RT Limited, Dark on March 26, 2020 and learned of the additional 24 month warranty promotion sometime around May 10th. I contacted BRP Customer Service and asked them if I was eligible. I was told it was a BRP promotion and your dealer needed to request it on your behalf. CS also said it was from BRP and there was no cost to the dealer. I contacted my dealer and told him what I learned. He didn't know anything about it but said he'd look into it. About a week later I received an email from my dealer saying I got it. On May 22nd, I received an email from BRP with all the information pertaining to my 24 month B.E.S.T. extended warranty. This was at no cost to me.

It appears that promotion was a limited time offer and quite a few people were able to take advantage of it. It also looks like there were quite a few people who were unable to take advantage of it. Time to move on.

Agree Copperman, my dealer contacted the BRP rep, he didn't know, but said he would check, no response, then opened a case with BRP that was over a month ago, no response. I think this subject is toast.

After seeing the dates, I'm toast also. :banghead: Just my luck. LOL  Tom :spyder:

Tango, sorry 'bout that, but the head banging is done, I had to look at that way to sooth my tattered nerves and not injure my head further.
